How we work
Design and engineering are not separate jobs.
Too many buildings are drawn by one person, calculated by another and checked by no one. The architect places a column where the engineer cannot use it; the foundation is sized before anyone has seen the soil; the client sees the building for the first time when it is half built.
We work the other way round. The soil is investigated first. The architecture and the structure are developed together. The client reviews the building in 3D while changes are still free. And an engineer visits the site, so the building that gets built is the building that was drawn.
We are based in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, with two offices in Narsingdi, and we take on residential, commercial, mixed-use and institutional projects.
